This low total time Cessna 182RG has been lovingly hangared for many years.  The reliable O-540 Lycoming engine suits the airframe very well and makes this model very popular among experienced pilots.  The WAAS gps is ready to shoot that approach. 91.411 and 91.413 completed May 2020!

 

The owner's flying needs have declined in the past couple of years and he can no longer justify keeping it.  He has not yet installed an ADS-B solution at this time.  It's time for the aircraft to find a new home with someone who wants to take full advantage of this fine aircraft's outstanding capabilities.  He will include the yoke-mounted Garmin GPS696 and a pair of Lightspeed Zulu headsets too!

At some point the pedestal was repainted.  That paint is now flaking off.  The owner purchased a new pedestal.  It is included in the sale, but is not painted or installed.

Carpet:

Front carpets have been replaced and are in good condition.  Rear carpet appears to be original.

Skylights:

The overhead skylight is badly crazed.  The other glass is in decent condition, according to the technician who examined the plane.
