This low total time Cessna 182RG has been lovingly hangared for many years.  The reliable O-540 Lycoming engine suits the airframe very well and makes this model very popular among experienced pilots.  The WAAS gps is ready to shoot that approach. 91.411 and 91.413 completed May 2020! The owner's flying needs have declined in the past couple of years and he can no longer justify keeping it.  He has not yet installed an ADS-B solution at this time.  It's time for the aircraft to find a new home with someone who wants to take full advantage of this fine aircraft's outstanding capabilities.  He will include the yoke-mounted Garmin GPS696 and a pair of Lightspeed Zulu headsets too! Engine: O-540: Carbureted Lycoming O-540 Engine Per the mechanic, compressions were all in the 70's at the last Annual inspection (2019). 1452.5 SMOH: Crankshaft AD n/a by serial number Lycoming factory overhaul completed April, 1997. Exterior: Fairings: There are a minor cracks in some of the plastic fairings and exterior plastic trim pieces. Paint: Exterior paint is in decent condition (see photos). Improvements: ADS-B: The owner has not installed an ADS-B solution. Interior: Seats: Seats are in very good condition (see photos). Trim: Inspector reports there are some trim pieces missing on rear seat side panels. Pedestal: At some point the pedestal was repainted.  That paint is now flaking off.  The owner purchased a new pedestal.  It is included in the sale, but is not painted or installed. Carpet: Front carpets have been replaced and are in good condition.  Rear carpet appears to be original. Notes/Comments: Skylights: The overhead skylight is badly crazed.  The other glass is in decent condition, according to the technician who examined the plane.
